Your Wellness Journey

A Systems-Based Approach to Wellness

At The Wellness Institute, we focus on more than symptoms. Guided by the principles of The Restore Method™, we support nervous system regulation, lymphatic flow, recovery, and overall system balance through personalized, non-invasive wellness therapies designed to help the body shift out of stress and into repair.

Every plan is tailored to the individual because true wellness begins with understanding how the body functions as a whole.

About Us

Meet Dr. Melinda L. Folts-Bohlmann

DNM, PhD, BCNMP, LEHP

Dr. Melinda created The Restore Method™ to help clients move beyond temporary symptom management and toward a deeper understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and recovers.

Through personalized care and non-invasive therapies, she focuses on supporting the systems that influence overall function, including the nervous system, lymphatic system, recovery pathways, and cellular health.

Her approach combines education, individualized support, and a systems-based perspective to help clients feel more connected to their health and more confident in their path toward wellness.
